With the rising demand of CI Wide Web Press and Narrow Web Label Presses, Vintex has developed “Plate Mounting Sleeves” on which Polymer Plate or Elastomer Plate can be mounted.
These Sleeves has been designed keeping in Mind the key features like

Plate Mounting Sleeves used to mount Plate with Double Sided Tape
Being a Thin Sleeve , it is used to meet the smallest Print Repeat either on a mandrel or Adopter Sleeve or Bridge.

NEXGEN: HARD
This Plate Mounting Sleeve is covered with Light Weight Compound with a Compressible Hard Layer, which gives excellent print result and is compatible to solvent and Inks used in printing.

NEXGEN: PLUS
This special Plate Mounting Sleeve comprises of a compressible layer between Fibre and Hard Rubber Coating which gives Optimum Print Quality screen and Half Tones print results.
The speciality of this sleeve is that, it is lighter in weight despite having high thickness of Coating on it. This sleeve is available with Metal Notch.
